Standard Delivery

Standard delivery: With standard shipping options, your orders are delivered to the address you specify via our contracted courier companies. For orders of 800 EUR or more, shipping is free. For orders below 800 EUR, a shipping fee applies.

30-Day Return Option

30-day returns: You may return the product you purchased through Vakko Online Shop within 30 days (1 month) from the invoice date. To be eligible for return, the product must be sent together with the delivery note or invoice, must be unused, have its original packaging intact, have its tags not removed, and be returned with all accessories as delivered.

The shipping cost for the product you wish to return is covered by our company. To benefit from free return shipping, you must send the product via our contracted courier companies in accordance with the instructions provided by the system after creating your return request.
