Products sold through the Vakko Online Shop are limited to the stock available in our stores. After we receive your order, the stock status of the product in our stores is checked. If the product in your order is out of stock, your refund will be processed and you will be informed by our customer service department.
Return Policy
You may return the product you purchased from Vakko Online Shop within 30 days (1 month) from the invoice date, together with your invoice. Returns will not be accepted for products whose original packaging is damaged, whose labels or accessories are missing, that have been used, or that are in a condition that cannot be resold to another customer. The original invoice and all of its copies must be sent together with the product you wish to return.
Returns are not accepted for personalized products, products that may pose a health risk due to their packaging, and perishable products such as food. Swimwear and underwear sub-group products are exchanged and returned within 14 days, provided that the hygiene label has not been removed.
If you wish to return the product you have purchased, you can create a return request by selecting the related order on the "My Account > My Orders" page. The shipping cost for the products you wish to return is covered by our company. To benefit from free shipping, you must return your package to our return address via our contracted shipping company, using the return consignment note provided to you. For returns sent via other shipping companies, the shipping cost belongs to the customer. Shipments sent with payment on delivery (collect on delivery) will not be accepted.
Once your product is delivered to us, and provided that no usage error or fault is detected during the inspection carried out by our team, the product amount will be refunded to your credit card within the legal period of 14 days. This period begins once we receive the returned product.
When your return request is approved, you will be notified via email. If your return request is not approved following the inspection, the reason for rejection will be communicated to you and the product(s) you sent will be returned to the delivery address you provided.
The shipping fee for the product you wish to return is covered by our company. For free return shipping, after creating your return request, you must send the product via our contracted courier company using the information provided by the system.

The return procedure begins after verifying that the product meets the return conditions. Once the return is approved, the product amount is refunded to your credit card within the legal timeframe. You will be notified by email when your return request is approved and the refund has been processed.

You can cancel your orders before they are shipped. To submit your cancellation request, you can contact us through the email support section under the help menu or via our customer relations hotline.

When your order is shipped, the cargo tracking number is sent to you via e-mail. You can track your shipment by clicking the link in the e-mail or via the My Orders section under the My Account menu.
Delivery times and conditions may vary in extraordinary situations such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, uprisings, public movements, nuclear risks and hazards, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage, fire, and in cases arising from the recipient (not being at the address, no authorized person to receive the delivery, the recipient having moved, etc.).
We do not offer an alternative delivery option for our shipments. Delivery is made according to your province and district information. If no one is present at the address at the time of delivery, the courier company may not attempt delivery to the address again after the first delivery attempt.
For purchases under 800 EUR from our online shop, a shipping fee is charged. You can see the shipping fee during the order steps. For purchases over 800 EUR, standard delivery shipping is free.
With our standard delivery options, your orders are delivered to the address you specify via our contracted courier companies.
Deliveries are made to Greece, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Austria, Belgium and Italy.
Courier companies do not make deliveries on public holidays.
It is not possible to change the delivery address of orders. If you wish, you can request a cancellation by contacting our Customer Relations department before your product is shipped.
You can receive your order from the courier by presenting a photo ID and signing for it.
When receiving your product, you should open the cargo package and make sure that the contents are complete and undamaged. In case of any issue, you must have a report prepared by the courier staff and return the product.
If you are not personally present at your address at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person present at the delivery address after checking their photo ID and obtaining their signature.
