During these extraordinary times that we are going through globally, we care about the health of our Vakko Friends, our employees and their families immensely. On March 19th, we have decided to close all of our stores, supporting the global efforts to overcome this pandemic and thus, enabling our employees to abide by the'Stay Home' call to action.


We would also like to notify you that the return period for your online orders starting from 14 April 2020 is 60 days.

  • Return, exchange and review processes of the products purchased from our stores can be proceeded at our stores.
  • The exchange of the products you purchased from Vakko Online Shop can be proceed at our stores. The return period of your online orders starting from 14 April 2020 is 60 days. You can return the product you purchased with your invoice with our contracted cargo companies within 60 days (2 months) from the invoice date.
  • Cosmetics (perfume), food (chocolate, tea, coffee), evening dresses, underwear, swimwear/bikini, accessory products can not be returned and exchanged.
