Within 15 months following the invoice date, every product sent to the store where it was purchased upon request for inspection is sent to our inspection unit and examined by production and quality control teams.

- You can send your product for examination with your invoice from our stores that are suitable for the store category you purchased.

- Inspection cannot be performed for products without invoice.

- If a product-based defect is detected, the product is returned.

Products sold through Vakko Online Shop are limited to our store stocks. The stock status of the product in our stores is checked after we receive your order. If the product of your order is out of stock, your return transaction will be performed and you will be informed through our customer service department.




PRODUCT CHANGE

You can exchange the products you have purchased from Vakko Online Shop from our stores.

- The exchange of the products you buy from our website cannot be done through our Online Shop.

- For product exchange, the product must be applied with the shipment, invoice or exchange card, should not be used and should be delivered with all accessories as it arrives.

- Cosmetics (perfume), food (chocolate, tea, coffee), evening dress, underwear, swimwear / bikini, accessories can not be returned and changed.


PRODUCT RETURN

You can return the product you bought from Vakko Online Shop by sending us your invoice together with our contracted shipping companies within 30 days (1 months) from the date of invoice. The return accept process about the products you have purchased from Vakko Online Shop is made from our stores, the return process is made by our Online Shop unit within 10 working days.

- The product must be filed with the shipment or invoice for the return of the product, should not be used and should be delivered with all accessories as you receive it.

- Cosmetics (perfume), food (chocolate, tea, coffee), evening dress, underwear, swimwear / bikini, accessories can not be returned and changed.

- Debit (debit) card purchases can be refunded to your account for a refund, depending on your bank may take longer.

Vakko Card is personal, cannot be used or transferred to another person.

The condition of the product is checked for compliance with the return conditions and the return process is initiated. You can cancel your orders before they are sent to shipment. You can reach us via e-mail support section under the help menu or our support phone line 0 216 454 09 00 to send your request to cancel an order.

Exchange Card is the money card that is given to you and the amount of the related product is charged to you in case your return or exchange transactions cannot be made during your visit to our stores for return and exchange transactions (for example, when you do not like a different product alternative for exchange or when the stocks of the product body you request are exhausted).

- Validity is 1 year.

- Current card amount can be obtained from our stores.

- Exchange Card is only valid in Vakko stores. Not available in Online Shop.


In the shopping of the season products, your purchase will be shipped within 5 working days after we receive your order. For Outlet products, this period is 10 working days.

- Delivery times and conditions may vary due to the intensity experienced during the campaign periods.

- Your orders for Vakko Chocolate and Vakko Perfume, which are given until 15:30 on weekdays, will be delivered to the cargo on the next business day.

- Vakko Chocolate orders given on public holidays and until 15:30 on Thursday will be delivered to the cargo at the beginning of next week.

When your order is shipped, the cargo tracking number is sent to you by e-mail. You can follow your cargo operations by clicking the link in the e-mail or in the My Orders section under the My Account menu.

Strike, lockout, natural disasters, uprising, public movements, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire in situations such as emergency and caused by the recipient (absence of address, the absence of the authority to deliver, the recipient moved from the address, etc.) delivery time and conditions may vary.

There is no shipping option in our orders. According to your province and district information, UPS Shipping is done.

In case no one is present at the time of delivery;

If your shipment is made by UPS Cargo, the courier will leave you a notice. The second call will be made to the same address as of the business day following the release of the news note. Your delivery will be made within 2 days after you call Customer Relations of the cargo company and inform them about the time zone where you can receive your order.

Your orders are delivered to the address you specified through UPS, which we have contracted.


Currently only deliveries made in the territory of Turkey. We do not ship to abroad including K.K.T.C.


Cargo companies do not deliver on public holidays.


The address of the orders cannot be changed. If you wish, you can request cancellation by contacting our Customer Relations department before your product is shipped.

You can receive your order from the cargo officer in return for a signature by presenting a picture identification document.

When you receive your product, you need to open the cargo box to make sure that the contents are complete and undamaged. In case of any mishap, you should send the product to the cargo officer and send the product back.

If you are not at your address during the delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after checking the picture ID and obtaining the signature.
