Return & Product Exchange Terms
In line with the measures taken within the framework of Covid-19, the refunds of invoices issued between 1 April and 31 May have been extended to 60 days from the date of invoice cutting.
You can exchange the products you have purchased from Vakko Online Shop in our stores.The return or product exchange requests for the products with damaged original packaging and products that cannot be later purchased by another customer are not accepted. The original invoice and all other copies must be sent with the product you wish to return. We cannot accept returns for products without an invoice.There is no return or product exchange available for cosmetics (perfume, nail polish), food (chocolate, tea, coffee, chocolate sets), Wedding products, evening dresses, Christofle products, underwear, swimsuit, bikini, jewelry, book/magazines, and technological products.The shipment fee for the products you want to return is covered by our company. To benefit from free shipment, please deliver your package to our contracted courier company and send the products to our specified return address. The shipment fees and related costs for all other returns with other courier companies belong to the buyer. Returns with cash on delivery shipment method will not be accepted.

The product fee shall be refunded to your purchase-related credit card within the legal return period of 10 working days consequent to the product reaching our above-mentioned address and consequent to a detailed inspection by our authorized personnel regarding any problems or deformation including but not limited to misuse. This period starts when we receive the returned products.
When your return request is approved, you will be notified with an email. If your return request is not approved as a result of the inspections to be performed by our authorized personnel, the product(s) you have submitted for return will be returned to the delivery address you have specified by providing the reason for the rejection being forwarded with the related product.
You can return the products you have purchased from Vakko Online Shop in 60 days starting from the invoice date from the closest Vakko store to you in Turkey.
For product returns, you must provide the delivery note, gift receipt, or printed invoice with the original product tag on the product in an unused format and as-is with all the accessories that came with the product.The product exchange operations for the products purchased from the Outlet section of our Vakko Online Shop website can only be completed from our Outlet stores.
