Maintenance Instructions

Due to the sensetive nature patent leather please keep away from items that can cause stains. (magazines, other leathers)
Return & Exchange

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

You may exchange products bought from Vakko Online Shop in-store. Items purchased from our Website cannot be exchanged through Vakko Online Shop. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for custom products,cosmetics, food, evening dresses, jewelry, accessories, wedding dresses, and bridal accessories. Swimwear and underwear sub-group products are exchanged and returned within 14 days, provided that the hygiene label has not been removed.

RETURN PROCEDURE

You may return products within 30 days (1 month) of the date of purchase by shipping them to us using one of our contracted shipping companies. Your invoice must be included in the shipment. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for custom products, cosmetics, food, evening dresses, jewelry, accessories, wedding dresses, and bridal accessories. Swimwear and underwear sub-group products are exchanged and returned within 14 days, provided that the hygiene label has not been removed.

Boutique Baremli Discount
  • The discount will be valid between October 16, 2025, and November 30, 2025.
  • The discount will be applied as "5,000 TL for every 20,000 TL or 10,000 TL for every 40,000 TL."
