Maintenance Instructions
While using light-colored monogram bags, avoid contact wi̇th jeans or other textiles that are not colorfast. It is technically impossible to remove dye stains that might occur on the surface
Only use a soft, moist cloth for cleaning. Then wipe the surface with a dry cloth. Avoid using soaps, solvents and any other cleaning chemicals
To avoid patent leather colour fading please avoid prolonger exposure to direct sunlight and excessive heat. (radiators, in cars during summer)
Avoid contact with uneven and abrasive surfaces. Protect from sharp and piercing objects
Due to the sensetive nature patent leather please keep away from items that can cause stains. (magazines, other leathers)
Return & Exchange

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

You may exchange products bought from Vakko Online Shop in-store. Items purchased from our Website cannot be exchanged through Vakko Online Shop. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for custom products,cosmetics, food, evening dresses, jewelry, accessories, wedding dresses, and bridal accessories. Swimwear and underwear sub-group products are exchanged and returned within 14 days, provided that the hygiene label has not been removed.

RETURN PROCEDURE

You may return products within 30 days (1 month) of the date of purchase by shipping them to us using one of our contracted shipping companies. Your invoice must be included in the shipment. Returns and exchanges will not be accepted for custom products, cosmetics, food, evening dresses, jewelry, accessories, wedding dresses, and bridal accessories. Swimwear and underwear sub-group products are exchanged and returned within 14 days, provided that the hygiene label has not been removed.
